This is my new apartment building. There’s really nothing new about it, though.

There’s a stoplight outside my bedroom.

started my new job as a designer for the Omaha World-Herald this past week. The transition has brought me back home, and closer to a good number of college friends (many of whom work at the OWH). It’s also brought me back into the familiar position of designing for Husker football. One of my first opportunities came in the form of illustrating the advance for the Nebraska/Oklahoma game, written by former Daily Nebraskan colleague Dirk Chatelain. (For the record, I, uh, had nothing at all to do with the online presentation of that story). Seems Bo managed to find his way out that shadow (by taking zero risks on offense and banking on the defense to set up scoring opportunities).
